Rhonda Roth, OTD, MOT, OTR/L has been a pediatric occupational therapist throughout the western United States since 2007. Rhonda is a graduate of Colorado State University (CSU/B.S. in Psychology), Samuel Merritt University (SMU/Master of Occupational Therapy), and the University of Utah (Doctor of Occupational Therapy). She found her passion for helping children during an internship in Therapeutic Horseback riding during her Junior year at CSU and became determined to combine her love of animals with her passion for helping others. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from SMU with her Masters of Occupational Therapy degree in 2007, Rhonda has continued to grow her experience and expertise in pediatric occupational therapy services.

Since 2007, Rhonda has worked in a variety of settings including Early Intervention for children aged 0 to 6 years, Sensory Integration Clinics, Hospital Based Pediatric Outpatient Clinics, Acute Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and in School-Based Occupational Therapy. Rhonda also successfully owned and operated TheraPlay of Colorado, an Early Intervention company, from 2008 through 2013 in Arvada, Colorado. Upon moving to Idaho in 2014, she founded Children in Motion, which started as a continuing education company for Early Childhood Educators. After 4 successful years in Idaho, Rhonda moved to Cottonwood Heights, Utah where she served as an instructor and staff member for a local university Master of Occupational Therapy program and a University Therapy Clinic from 2018 to 2021.

Rhonda has been a resident in Cottonwood Heights Utah since 2018 and is excited to bring her vision of a family-centered pediatric occupational therapy clinic to the Cottonwood Heights community and surrounding areas.

In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys reading, watching British Mystery Shows, hiking, camping, and horseback riding, as well as spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys hanging out at home with her family’s two cats “Steven” and “Kit-Kat.”
