Susan Merrell is the owner of ESM Limited located in the beautiful state of Colorado. Susan brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience in office management and medical insurance billing to the Children in Motion team. During her career, Susan helped start and managed two very successful Yoga and Pilates studios in Boulder, Colorado. She has been a medical insurance biller and bookkeeper for a variety of companies including doctor’s offices, massage therapists, aestheticians and many more. Susan is also the proud owner of her own Colorado-based company The Tin Rabbit.

Susan is our primary support person for insurance and account management questions. She is able to provide Super-Bills upon request and supports our families in navigating the confusing world of Medical Insurance.

Susan is proud to be a “Nana” to her four beautiful grandchildren who live in Colorado and Utah. She is also the official “Office Nana” because when she comes to work in the office she is always making sure every is well cared for.

Susan lives in Colorado with her husband. She loves to bake, read, crochet, and spend time with her very active grand-children.
